How to link COC to new Game Center account?

How to link Clash of Clans to my new game center account? i have two game center account which is two Apple ID, but unfortunately my iPad is not usable after upgraded to iOS 9.3.5 and which is all my games are installed using my old ID and game center, and i have an iphone with new ID and game center, how to transfer my games data to my new game center account? i dont want to use my old ID and game center anymore, i preferred my new ID and GC account. Thanks you.

*Please take note that i came from android to iPad and the "link device" already used.
